Message from the Principal Investigator
Welcome to the Multidisciplinary Exploration of Geospatial Hydrometeorological Applications (MEGHA). Our lab aims to advance understanding of hydrometeorology, climatology, and geospatial science to address the pressing challenges of climate change. By integrating diverse scientific disciplines and utilizing advanced data from satellites and in-situ measurements, we seek to uncover the relationships between water, weather, and climate systems. Our focus on machine learning enhances our predictive capabilities, enabling us to provide actionable insights for policymakers and communities. Together, we can foster resilience and sustainability in the face of a changing environment.
Best,
Shruti Upadhyaya
